Submission of Emailed Bids

    Emailed bids should contain:

  • Your full name, mailing address and phone number
  • Stamp Trade References
  • Indication of acceptance of our Terms of Sale
  • Whether you are bidding in Canadian or U.S. Funds
  • If you want to increase your bids by one increment to break ties.

Every auction sale we find one or two bidders who bid and won the wrong lot. We cannot be responsible for errors on bids we receive, so please remember to check your bids. If you make a mistake you could end up buying the stamp you didn't want, and you could end up not getting the stamp you did want.

You will receive a confirmation email after sending your email.  PLEASE CHECK YOUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL FOR ACCURACY OF YOUR EMAILED BIDS. If you do not get email confirmation within one business day, please call us at 416-363-7777 to make sure we have your bids.

If you want to fax in a bid sheet please print out and complete our Online Fax Bidsheet (PDF).  Fax it back to us at (416)363-6511. If you have any questions please call us at (416)363-7777. We also take bids over the phone.
